  • Minimum CGPA of 8.0 (on a 10-point scale).

  • Must have secured PhD admission at a PMRF-granting institute.

  • A strong research proposal and two letters of recommendation are essential.

2. Lateral Entry Channel

  • Already enrolled in a PhD program at a PMRF institute.

  • Should have completed 12 months or less in the program at the time of application.

  • Proven academic and research excellence with supervisor recommendation.

Note: GATE score is not mandatory, but a strong academic and research profile is crucial.
